    What Kiev said is true but the bigger issue with LFP is the voltage. The NMC cells are charged to 4.15v or 4.1v I can’t remember but LFP cells can only be charged to 3.65V. I believe you would need to completely replace the BMU or reprogram it and perhaps the CMUs. Their may be others here that...

    Thanks Mike. I look forward to reading it. Just a note: I didn’t see a step removing the CMU screws from the batteries before removing plastic cover. Oh, I see it. Step 9. I think there are 9 screws total. 5 on the main CMU and 4 on the daughter CMU. Ok, I see it step 25. Very nice job Mike.
