Just reminding folks that there's a complete and running 2012 ES with passenger side damage that has been sitting for a year in Indiana.
I have no financial connection, but have had previous positive dealings with the vendor.

The specs say it doesn't run

"Start Code: Vehicle Won't Start Key: Key(s) Present, Keyfob Present"

Price just seems high to me when you consider what you can buy a running 2012 for

On a different page of the site it says "runs and drives. Drive it home today"

Auction descriptions are often incorrect, and more often than not on the conservative side... I have no doubt that it runs if Steve says so. Besides, with only 13k on the clock, the price could be worthwhile for the battery charger and key fob alone, not to mention wheels.
