Checking news yesterday , this came up.

Pretty tough situation!
As far as you know , US is the country known by "zero tolerance" on the law.
Interesting.
Months ago , I found one spot to park my Bianco in Frederick, MD called Utica Park.
This park belongs to this town and near there , they have nice spots to ride my road bike.
The park is distant 35 miles from my house , what means , if I want to go somewhere is tough, with 3 bikes on the rack plus 3 guys on the car, driving on the 50/ 65 mph highway.
I got home the first day, but needed to drive slow.
I notice on that day, on this park , the light posts had an 120 V outlet, where I could charge!. I tried to find somebody from the park to ask if I could plug in.
Did not find anybody. So , just in case , I did not plug in, to avoid problems.
Got home , wrote a special request to the park , and , 3 weeks later, I received the approved letter to plug in there, with, of course, some exceptions (like leave overnight etc...).
Now , if I want to ride my bike on the "Mountains of Frederick MD", I can do it and I'll have my Bianco been charged. I know , ~ 0.7 kWh (120 V, 8 amps) is not that much , but give me enough to go to the town and have something to eat after 3 to 6 hours of bike ride, without the need to drive like turtle.
So, please, to avoid this situation , use your judgment and ask first
