Vacuum Brake Booster

While the car was recently at the dealer, I had some recall items addressed.
The brake booster pump was one of them. When I got the car back I noticed the pump seems very loose on the metal plate on which it'e mounted. There are three rubber dampers that the plate is bolted to but the entire unit (pump and plate) seem to have a lot of play.
Anyone else notice this on replaced pumps? I wonder if the bolts are tighted enough or if the dampers are in the correct location.

I had that recall done recently and it looks to me like this is intentional the mount holding the vacuum pump can move around a lot. I did not realize this until I wiggled the vacuum pump around with my hand after seeing your post.
