*Probably* - Since it's 15" and fairly narrow, it looks to me like it will work on the front. If the offset caused a clearance problem (unlikely) you could probably use a 1/4" wheel spacer and make it work. It will fit on the back for sure
As with any situation where the circumference is way, way off (and that's the case here) it would be best to buy two and change out both tire/wheels on the same axle so they tires are the same circumference, side to side. Replacing only one wheel with this spare, I would not drive it very far nor very fast - Just to the nearest station to get your OE tire fixed and put back on
