MUT-III needs repair.

I have an MUT-III VCI that has quit working. It worked fine in 2020 but has been stored in the case with the computer for a while. The computer sees the VCI and everything looks normal until I turn the key on and turn on the VCI power button, then I get a red light instead of a green light and the computer says it can't turn the VCI on. I have checked the OIBD port with other readers and it is working. Anyone know where I could get this VCI fixed?

You seem to have a MUT3 hardware clone, because you asked before about clones.
Could you post detailed pictures of the hardware PCB here? Maybe its really simple to identify the issue by experienced electric engineers.
