Whilst charging the 'Miev at the Nissan dealer today, we met a lady who had just purchased a 2012 Leaf just off lease with just over 30k miles for $4,700 OTD. Nissan had also just replaced the traction battery and put on new tires.

That's a great deal. There's on locally here for$5,500. The things are getting cheap

LEAF? "Only has 40 mile battery life" So why hasn't Nissan replaced the battery pack under warranty roll:

The Nissan battery warranty is 36,000 miles and 8 bars, if you have more than 8 bars your battery is good.

If you have more than 36,000 miles your battery is also good (unless the thing can't move at all)

Degradation is not a failure to Nissan

Nice to see they sold some of the custom graphics, but no quick charge on this one (non-premium SE as noted by the stock radio and brown interior. One of the pictures shows where the QC port handle should be but isn't there).

Lowest advertised price I've seen to date: $2995, 74K miles. Vancouver, WA.

http://hotwheels.hasyourcar.com/InventoryDetail?id=012017

Incorrectly identified as SE with "Premium Package" - this is an ES.

Checking the VIN on the Mitsu site shows that it DOES have CHAdeMO - here's Mitsu's list of options for this particular car:
QUICK CHARGE PACKAGE
-DC QUICK CHARGE PORT -BATTERY WARMING SYSTEM -HEATED SIDEVIEW MIRRORS
ACCY FOG LIGHTS -W/ DRL FUNCTION
ACCY FOLDABLE CARGO TRAY INTERIOR LED PACKAGE II
-FLOOR ILLUMINATION (BLUE) -ROOM LAMP

I would sure be interested in knowing what this car's battery capacity is.

Here's a Silver 2012 i-miev (almost exactly like mine), a base model i-miev with 32,700 miles in the South of Santa Rose, CA area for $5500. I can't tell if it has quick charge though.

I'm tempted to get it and start my own i-miev fleet as others have done here.

Here's another 2012 i-miev for sale in white but with only 8004 miles on it for $6995 right here in my hometown. It looks like a base model but it does have quick charge.

The unique thing about this seller (Rose Motorcars) is that they're a used car dealer but, the only thing they sell are used electric vehicles. Something I find refreshing. I've been by there and they have at least 50 electrics for sale of just about any modern make and model.

ed5000, as you can see I moved your posts out of the other thread which had been generated by our admin to clarify the rules for posting for sale items. BTW, even though I moved them in here I don't consider them bargains as nowadays a bargain i-MiEV would be around $4K.

This particular thread has been used to draw attention to bargains that others have found. Any of us can go onto the many nationwide websites and find i-MiEVs - the trick is to find a jewel for a good price.
