Assuming your car was imported from France it should have a standard DIN connector, you can find the pinout online

I've the pinout on radio (pioneer deh-1807zc) side, and i want to confirm wiring on véhicule side. Do you have wiring diagram for citroen c zero ?

Unfortunately not, but if there is indeed a DIN adapter on the car side (follow the old cables into the dash) the pin out is standard.
