Your 2012 IMiev was probably built in 2011 and equipped with 1st Gen LEV50 cells. They are not known to ‘age‘ well and despite the low(ish) mileage their SoH will not be great ((you don’t have the current capacity at hand?).
You might be lucky and someone nearby has an even worse pack and is looking for a replacement. Another option would be to try and sell the cells for solar storage but that would require to remove them from the pack.
Some other parts (I.e. OBC, MCU, BMU and EV-ECU) are easy to access (beware of HV) and might find a second home quicker.
