Nice video. Looks like a non-North American-spec i-MiEV. Doesn't have our big bumpers, the shift indicator was a multi-segment digit rather than the P-R-N-D-E-B indicator, and obviously the steering wheel was on the opposite side.

Despite the accent of the speaker, that is Google Australia, with Harbour Bridge and other Sydney spots in the background. So, yes, that is not a US-spec vehicle.
