Side mirrors fold while driving Peugeot Ion

Hi, from time to time side mirrors fold when driving. I have to stop my vehicle, release the key and operate it again. I suspected the remote control and changed the battery, same issue. Any idea ? Thanks Gerard

If both mirrors fold when the adjustment switch on the door is only on L or R.
Then perhaps the key fob lock button is being nudged ?

Hi, I tested the side mirror switch. Today, the manual button to to fold/unfold doesn't work at all. I cleaned the connectors and the internal circuit of the switch. Same issue. I clamped the two wires, idem. There is no problem with the remote control to fold/unfold side mirrors. I suspect a connection problem in the harness. I'll look for the electrical diagrams on the web to investigate.
