Front Windshield Wiper Washer Fluid not flowing.

Hello,

2016 iMiev only 12K miles bought used 1 month ago.

The rear fluid flows without issue.

The front fluid had this issue when I checked a few weeks ago, it eventually sprayed. I assumed it was iced over from non-Winter fluid.

Today, the issue has returned. It could be iced over again, but I am looking into options.

Do we have a source for the Relay if it has gone bad?

I have a 2012 I-Miev. in my car, there is only one pump with two outputs, one for the windshield, the second for the rear window. The pump motor is powered by 2 wires. To change the direction of the liquid,
they change the polarity to the motor. 2 relays are involved.
If you can hear the pump humming, then the relays are not the problem.
the 2 wires are black and brown.
Black + and Brown - , pumps to the windshield.
Black - and Brown +, pumps to the rear window.
