Hello guys!

Today morning my iOn popped the exclamation sign and the battery gauge showed 4 bars (-2 bars than yesterday).
As usual, yesterday I parked it and connected him to the wallbox to charge 2h (@10A ~4kW which is half of their actual capacity).

Can't get the ready sign.
The HV fans are blowing.
Tried to charge it, doesn't work (the red plug sign bilnks).
Radio, lights, whippers, heater and all things work fine.

Tested the 12v battery:
Key Off - 12,68v
Key On - 12,11v
Key Start - 12,09v but the radio shutdown...

Scanned for errors and got this report from CarScanner:

Every time I turn on the car, the battery gauge and RR goes down a bar or two.
Until now that I have 3km RR.

Canion can't get any true information (battery value at 6000v and temp at 300°C).

OBDzero same. But on cells tab the #1CMU appears all zero. All others have real like values.

Any thougts?

If you google ‘I-Miev’ & fault code, e.g ‘U11A0’ it will become clear you that you have an issue with (CAN) communication between the BMU and the CMUs, in particular CMU01.

Your observation, that the other CMUs show valid data, confirms the most likely issue, a faulty CMU01. Not a lot one can do about this other than drop the battery pack and replace the board (unless you feel comfortable using a CAN-bridge temporarily).

But first I would turn off the car, take out the key and disconnect the (-) pole of 12V aux for a few minutes, this basically does a ‘hard reset’. Reconnect everything, start the car und see if that makes any difference…

What is the age of your 12V battery? The voltage readings you posted make me think you may have an old, weak or worn out battery--it is definitely not fully charged or is weak and doesn't have sufficient capacity any more. It is pulling down too much to be a strong battery.

Check the battery capacity and charge or replace it, and verify you have a good strong battery with over 50% of rated capacity to rule that out as a potential culprit.

About 5 years...
I tried to charge it. Two hours after the charger indicated "OK" (13.8v)
This time I connected a voltmeter to it, however, as soon as I turned the key ON, it quickly dropped to 12.1v or more...
When I turned the key ON, wasn't it supposed for the voltage to rise to 14,something V?

Update on 12v battery

It charges from 12,6v to 13,8v in 5 min (maybe less).
Drops to 11,9v in seconds if i turn the key to ON, and start the heater or turn te lights on...

Already ordered a new one (Varta a14)...
