A few years ago I had downloaded the 2012 manual from that link using wget, and fixed it to work from a local hard drive.

I was able to unzip it with 7zip just fine.

Seems it only has the 2012 pages saved though. No results if you change it for 2011 within.

I need to look into using wget to grab the 2010 Japanese online manual.
