You have to select neutral direct from the gearbox. Its easy, you need only some tool to remove the stopper of the gear cable and remove it and then move the selector by hand

Just insert the Key and turn to ON, then press the brake pedal and move shift lever to N (or any other gear except P) and the car will roll.

No 12V power needed and no diddling with the cable.
