Real capacity at I-miev

Hi again.
I want to know net capacity at a new theoretical I-miev battery
I know that is a Lev50 that means 50Ah * 3.75v ( datasheet ) * 88 = ~16.5kwh brut Capacity

If it was new, what net capacity it is used ?
