Quiet Cars?

The tile on MSN showed an iMiEV, so naturally I clicked on it

But then there was no mention of our car in the article??

This got me to thinking . . . . They're working with the blind to make electrics more detectable . . . . who's doing anything for the deaf so they don't get run over by regular cars?

Yeah, I think this is a "solution" in search of problem. The loudest thing on most cars at low speeds are the tires.
