Problems with door locks?

So, I am having some issues with the front doors and locks on my new i. The driver door, about once every 5-10 open/close cycles, seems to get stuck in "lock" position when it is opened.

There was no official dealer in ,y region so I used local automotive locksmith - he fixed this issue in 20 minutes for20 bucks

the problem was in the car alarm system (which was installed in addition also not in the dealers center)
