Add the CHAdeMO door release to your non-quickcharge ES

I bought the door release handle and cable to add that function to my non-quickcharge ES, but wound up trading the car instead. Would still be useful for adding a secret storage compartment, power export, or J1772 'ambidextrosity'. I'll take a small loss on the deal if you want 'em, and will dig up that cost soon.
