Tesla recommends 100% daily charging and leaving the charge cable connected with the LFP Model 3. Have any of you dug into the why? Did they pick a lower charge termination voltage, tweak the chemistry, just try to simplify the user experience at the cost of battery service life?
I don’t see whether the charging habits data gathered here has proved whether the 80% charging adherents have experienced measurably slower capacity loss than us who drive hard and just leave it plugged in…?
