That's normal. You can plug back into the DCQC to get to 100%, but it could take about as long to get from 82 to 100 as it does to get from 20 to 82, because it tapers off as it goes. That's why it stops where it does -- to give you a decent charge in a reasonable amount of time.

It's also limited to 3300 W total, so only 13.75 A @ 240 V.

I've bought a JuiceBox to replace (at least for now) my OpenEVSE. One successful charge so far.

BTW, in my experience, the seat heats up quite quickly (no real need to pre-heat it), and the heat is very effective -- if it weren't for fogged windows, I could happily use it in place of the cabin heat. Or at least, I could, if they'd also added a heated steering wheel... Note that the seat...

That's effectively what this is, but they're doing it in a weird way -- Nissan is partnering with various electrical companies, and offering a $10,000 subsidy to their customers if they buy a new 2017 Leaf. Note that you can also still claim full federal and state tax credits, if applicable...
