Hi,

Can someone let me know how to post pics from a picasa Album so that the pictures show within the message and not as a link ?

I tried IMG button by inserting the embeded link from picasa with no success.

Maybe my syntaxe is wrong for the html interpretor?

Thanks.

Here is Picasa's help page for posting an image. http://support.google.com/picasa/answer/66969?hl=en&ref_topic=1689863

Follow these steps to embed a Picasa Web Albums image in your site.
1.On the My Photos page, click your album.
2.Click the photo you'd like to embed.
3.Click Link to this Photo on the right sidebar.
4.Set the following preferences:
◦Select your preferred image size.
◦Select 'Hide album link' to remove a link to the containing album, which is displayed by default with the image.
◦Select 'Image only (no link)' to get the image URL by itself, with no link back to Picasa Web Albums.

5.Copy the HTML (Ctrl-C) in the 'Embed image' field on the right-hand side.
6.Paste the HTML (Ctrl-V) in the source code for your site.

These tools will only use for albums with visibilities set to be 'Public' or 'Limited, anyone with the link."

I use Facebook and have a private photo album of my EV pictures. All I do is locate the picture in the Facebook album (not the thumbnail) and right click on the picture. In the context menu that appears, I select 'properties'. This brings up the 'properties' dialogue, from here I locate the 'address' on the 'General' tab. I select and copy the entire http: address and put that in my IMG tags.

I would like to "second" using imgur.com. After you upload the picture (as easy as dragging it from your desktop to your browser window!), they give you the BBCode tag to insert your picture into this board.

Hey Admin: Could you upgrade this site to accept the [TIMG] (thumbnail) tag so we don't have to resize images manually?
