Have a look at below
https://300mpg.org/2021/11/11/chademo-relay-hack-switch-and-testing/

I don't think it's the same jumper ? this older 11/2021 video jumper was for the dash switch, which requires the vehicle to be on to energize the relay.

The jumper/switch in the 06/2022 video was a can-bus bypass. The wire colors do look the same though. May be I need to open up the backseat and look around.

If you look at https://300mpg.org/v2g/ and scroll all the way to the end until you see a picture gallery.

The last image shows a blue box with 2 switches on it (SS1 & SS2) a bit further up is a ‘Connector interface’ and a ‘CHAdeMO flow chart’

In order to energise the HV contractors you need to apply an external 12VDC to CHAdeMO Pin 2, ground pin 10 and close EV contactor control relay (back bench inside car)

There is a post with pictures here:

thanks Kiev & MickeyS; I had the impression from Ben video that using these two jumpers/mods still require the iMiev to be on. His latest video seems to indicate a canbus bypass. Hopefully he'll chime in.

No the key doesn't need to be ON. Chademo charging requires the car to be OFF/not in READY.
If you read the thread in my linked post you will see that this is where Ben learned the trick.

besides the Chademo port, what are other options for easy access to the HVDC ? for example, the BoltEV HVDC is available at the air conditioner disconnect under the hood, passenger side, but with vehicle ON and in Ready.

May be the cabin heater plug ? though am not sure where these connectors are located in the iMiev

Unfortunately our pack does not have quick-connect fittings like the LEAF and most other cars, and there's no separate output for the heater. Get out your insulated 10 and 12 mm sockets if you want to tap the HV, and crack the pack if you want to do it 'upstream' of the contactors for full-time power.

does any one have a picture showing the physical location of the AC and the PTC-Heater ?
Thx

There are good illustrations in the workshop manual, the challenge is trying to find the right one

Try Configuration Diagrams -> UNDER FLOOR AND ELECTRIC MOTOR UNIT ROOM<320V
