Used On-Board Chargers for sale in Japan

Piev sent me a link for a Japanese auction site with a couple of used charggers for sale:

One is from 2010, the other is March 2015. i'm not sure of the interchange for different years, but the price seems really good compared to a new unit.

What is interesting is that the charger/dc-dc units are all flat topped versions, even the one that says 2015. Here in the UK 2009 and 2010 chargers were flat topped, after that they had an additional smaller box on the top.

Maybe they were always flat topped in Japan?
