Rear Trim Cover Part Number?

I would like to get a second interior trim cover for an upcoming project, but I can't find a part number. It's listed in the body repair manual as "Quarter Trim Lower" under synthetic-resin materials. Has anybody ordered one of these, or know what the numbered circles mean? Pictures at the link below. Ha, I've sacrified mine already, thinking that I can get a new one if need be. I'll soon be butchering it a little more, since once my EVSE kit arrives from ev-power.eu I will be installing it inside the car in order to be able to charge undetected from the outlet already in the car.
