Hello all,

I have been looking into doing a cell swap for a friend who has a 2014 with a potential flagging cell. In my research I have struggled to find good dimension data to base my potential project on. SO, I started this thread to collect good dimensions for the battery pack components. If you have any drawings or dimensions to add to this thread then by all means add them.

For those who want dimensions for the LEV50 cell this is the best information I have thus far. The undefined areas will be solved soon. LEV50.jpg
We now have a pretty good model. You can access the .stl or .step files down near my name below. If you want to print this with your fdm printer, the top and bottom are printed separately to save both filament and time. I designed it to allow you to screw in two M8-1.25 x 15 hex cap screws into the bottom of the top cap before you glue the top cap onto the hollow body. Wall thickness is 1mm on hollow body.

I would also like to get the dimensions of the red lines seen in the photo below. I really need the outside dimensions of the 4 cell tray. All trays are the same and they will be roughly 177x191 but I need to get exact numbers. If anybody has a spare 4 cell tray I would be happy to pay you to borrow it and can also send a prepaid shipping label for shipping within the US. Or if anyone has a tray and can mark up the photo in Microsoft Paint and send it back to me via PM that would be swell.

Hello Jiminy,
I am also studying the modernization of the battery pack of my czero. Could you complete your excellent drawing by indicating the distances I have drawn on the attached drawing?
This would allow me to ask a manufacturer for prices for a small serie production
Thanks
