Flipper Zero remote?

I have been reading about the flipper zero hacker tool lately and I suspect it could be used to emulate the remote control. Has anyone out there tried this already?

Don’t think so, as frequency bands don’t match I’m afraid, good thinking though…

I've kind of wondered that no one (?) has tried to duplicate the remote, since 1) it doesn't seem that sophisticated, but 2) it's crazy expensive to replace.
