Does 2014 Honda Accord AC120V 12A 60Hz work with a 2012 I-Miev? If so, is this a "faster" charge than the standard 2012 charging cord that came with the I-Miev?

Should do, they're pretty standard apart from Tesla.

Yes, the original is 8A.

Of course, you need to go to level 2 (240V) or level 3 (DC) to really get a fast charge.

If it has the J1772 connector (it should being an OEM plugin), I don't see why it wouldn't work.
