My dealer is less than useful after the sale, so what I'd love most is direct access to a product specialist at Mitsu who could respond to suggestions on improvements and give opinions on desired modifications and their potential to impact the warranty. I realize that's a lot to ask for in this day and age, but with a bleeding edge product, it would seem worthwhile to communicate with your early adopters...... Does any automaker engage in such practices? EVen Tesla apparently does not.
Also, has anyone found a friendly parts counter guy yet? I'm about ready to try and order all the components for a Chademo upgrade, but may build up to that and 'build a relationship' by purchasing the fog lights and other minor accessories...

There must be a nationwide Internet Mitsu dealership that sells parts at cut-rate prices. I know Mazda has one in Birmningham AL which sells me genuine parts about 35 to 40% lower than my local dealers prices. I just haven't had a Mitsu for so long I'm not sure where everyone gets their parts

There is one dealership that's selling iMiEV accessories on eBay - Maybe a call to them would get you some info

Lonnie in the parts dept at Mark's Casa Mitsu in Albuquerque has been very helpful and knows quite a bit about the car. Not sure you'd find discounted parts there, though.
