Need to do the math as 1.2kWh of capacity (100Ah 12v battery) in each of those Power Pods isn't going to get too much of a charge into your car. With two of them paralleled and all the associated losses you'd be lucky to get one bar on your i-MiEV fuel gauge. Two 200W panels don't contribute much as you're charging. Be sure you're dialed down to 8A or less on your EVSE.
