240v charger disconnecting after 1 minute

I know this post is out there, but I could not find it. After one minute the L2 charger disconnects. This always happens if the batteries are below 30% down. The charger has been working fine for six months. The L1 works.
There are no error messages/lights...it just shuts off.

Don't understand why it would happen with low SOC.
What brand of L2 EVSE (it's not a charger) are you using?

It looks like what I have seen.

We have only L2 charging in Europe. My original Panasonic EVSE, the 230V/16A version, works always.

My Voltec (Opel Ampera) switchable 6A, 10A, does not work at all with 230V/6A but with 230V/10A it mostly does. The one time it did not was when my battery was down below 30%. It did work after precharging half an hour with the Panasonic.

My meter says 16A actually 14A charging, 10A actually 9A charging. With 6A the fan starts blowing but it never really starts charging. It finally disconnects after about a minute.

I do have the CHAdeMO option.
