    Considering/buying a 2012 with less than 2K

Correction, there is a white one in the Camas area, a silver one in downtown Portland and my Black Jack in NE Portland. Anyone else?

    iMiEV as workhorse

Mitsu might have actually increased their sales of the little car - with the optional 'tailgate BBQ'..... But to make it flow, it should really be an electric grill... 8-)

    Trip planner web sites/software

Thanks - I'll take a look at that too. It would be interesting if Google could apply some of it's algorithms to EV drivers that are using their apps to make real time assessments for driving conditions and how it could adversely affect your range.

I will give that a shot today - thank you!

    Trip planner web sites/software

I got it, I got it - But still, it would be nice to continue to develop tools to bring more convenience to having an EV for the masses. Yes the chargers are out there - and there are lots of apps to show you that. But do you have a snowballs chance in hell to get to the next one - - well...

    Trip planner web sites/software

I understand that it is part of the 'adventure'. But it would be nice if there was an app out there that would take the 'somewhat' limited range of the Imiev into consideration - and chosen route (wow that has a really long uphill grade, etc) and let me know if it is likely that I will get to...

    Trip planner web sites/software

Hello - I know that there are some trip planning sites to find your next charging station, but I was wondering... If I wanted to go on a loooong trip (250 miles), is there a site that I could put in the type of car that I have (Imiev...) and know the approximate range I have, and find me the...

    Canion

I will try that this morning. Thank you!

    Canion

Maybe Canion already shows it )I have updated to 138 but I am still new to the Imiev and Canion), but it would be nice to not only have the Wh Out summary and the Wh Reg(regen) as totals for the trip, but also show the Wh Out-regen. I know I can do the math, but still think it would be nice...

    RBS light Alarm

I have been watching this thread for a while now. I have one cell in particular that seems to heat up (even while charging at level 1) and then stay at that temp for my daily commute. The last couple days have been unseasonably warm and that particular cell (64) got to 90° F, when everything...

Battery Cell Voltage when Charging to 100%

Well, I didn't get to trickle like I wanted to - the dealer ended up keeping the car over the weekend so I could only drive it home, plug it in, and be ready for the morning. The good news is that they were able to program the remote. I have been trying to plug in the car when I get home...

    Considering/buying a 2012 with less than 2K

Really digging my little 'Jack'. 600 miles - no gas. Yes - learning a lot about my driving habits - trying to squeak out more miles per bar every day - driving without the heather on when I know I could, just to see less bars used at the end of the day...

New Sins and Old Sins...Mitsu Fuel Economy

I haven't owned my car for that long, but I get similar results. I have a 35 mile, round trip commute, about 1/2 on highways/interstates at 55-60mph. Being a new owner, I was charging the car up to full every night, just in case. Be that as it may, some mornings were quite chilly and I used...

Battery Cell Voltage when Charging to 100%

Thanks JoeS, I will charge it up over the weekend (when I get it back from the dealer for the recall service and programming my remote) to a full capacity. I have the EVSEupgrade so I should be able to adjust the charging down to a near trickle and "fill'er up". Then I will take a reading and...

Battery Cell Voltage when Charging to 100%

I have a question - I have only had the car for about a month, and for a week of that I was on vacation so I have only logged about 500 miles on the car. I've been loving it - but reading items about battery health and temps, etc - have me concerned. The care is a 2012. It was a lease return...

    Trip round Neusiedlersee, Burgenland, Austria

I am wiring up an external plug for Level 2 this week. This weekend, I will have the Mitsu dealer program the replacement remote that Carmax got for me so I can program it to start in the middle of the night or when ever. Right now, all I have is Level 1. But it is the EVSEupgrade. It is...

    Trip round Neusiedlersee, Burgenland, Austria

What have people seen as a 'high' battery temperature? We have been having abnormally high temps for April. Yesterday was near 90°F. At the end of my trip home and errands, after about 25 miles, the battery temp was 81°F. I see the battery temps in Martin's screen pics as only 24°C, which...

    Canion

I have tried the Galaxy S3 phone, and it seems to stay connected - much better than the S4. I also make sure I exit properly from Canion before the car/connection shuts off. That seems to make things much easier when I reconnect again. I am going to try and automate using the "Automate" app...

Hopeful owner looking for consultation - EVSE - wiring...

Has anyone had luck finding a 'hooded' receptacle for the L6-30 plug needed for the EVSEupgrade cord end? Where I will end up putting the plug will be exposed to rain. I would like to keep the plug covered. Has anyone found a good solution? Thank you in advance.
