On the topic of two year ownership my car had its second anniversary and trip to local dealer for annual check made by appointment two days prior. When I arrived, the service writer looked at my typed list of desired/required services and asked "Do you want the oil changed?". Dealers still have a ways to go; at least service manager knew what was going on. BTW, the annual check cost $116, and was based on required services in the maintenance and warranty manual provided with car at delivery.
