Minor Complaints/Issues. Anyone else?

In our neck of the rust belt, they often use a wax oil hybrid treatment , sticks better.
It's recommended to apply it annually in the fall.

How does that work? You just take it in somewhere and they airbrush the entire underside of your car with the stuff?

I don't know why but the rear wheel arches on the gasoline 'i' are some kind of rust trap, I hear. Mine has surface rust in little patches in the same place both sides.

It might be too early to say on the US 'i' and they might have solved the problem. But perhaps worth having a look? I couldn't say what preventive measures one could take as it's a puzzle why rust would start there...

My local mechanic sprays the car with the mixture & has it on the hoist in his garage to do the underside.
