Remember that Georgia has a $5k state incentive on top of the $7500 Fed. This smells like some of the EV flipping that I had expected to be common during 2012. If these cars had been stickered around $32k, the $10k markdowns plus state and Federal credits would have made them worth $14,500 in GA. There's not enough miles on 'em for a legitimate buyer to have gotten tired of the cars, but enough profit in that deal for a truck ride to Texas. ;-)
But if a Colorado resident goes ahead and buys 'em in Texas, they can still claim the CO credits on a used with no in-state history!
The last two new cars I've found in western WA are asking $21,250 before the tax credit, or $13,750 with no tail on the title..
