Recall SC-14-003 - Underbody Rust

Just got my notice in the mail for a recall for rust on the undercarriage and bolts securing the main battery. What they will do is remove any undercarriage rust, apply anti-corrosion wax to the frame, and, if there are rusted or damaged bolts, replace the covers with new ones that use ground bus bars. I hope this also covers the wing screws holding the motor cover on, mine are in bad shape.

This applies to i-MiEVs built between October 28, 2011 and May 28, 2012. Mine was built February, 2012. Services are performed free of charge.
