I have been trying to compile all the info on all the PIDs into a useable table of reference.

I knew this world of bits and bytes was going to be a challenge. But I read up and learned. And then I came face to face with the real world where apparently not everybody drives on the Left!!

I am flabbergasted by the presence of multiple methods for referencing and addressing Bytes and bits. I don't profess to know if one is more or less right than another. And of course for each individual, once you've got a system, and stick to it then it all works. But I'm pretty sure that having more than one way is just plain wrong!

So although I have compiled, lots of PIDs with lots of info. I fear the detailed information is not so reliable as multiple smaller sources don't specify their method (nor should they have to if there were only one method) whilst others are contradictory and I'm not sure I've interpreted them correctly.

What I'm saying is I've made it better and then cocked it all up! Watch this space for further nonsense coming soon.
