I just checked the voltage and it is not above 246 VAC.I can measure the diode and it seems to be working.While powered up I can measure a voltage drop of 11.754V between the source and the drain of TR310.Across Pin 5 and 8 of PC312 and PC313 is a voltage of around 5.2V while I can not measure anything between Pin 1 and 4.My total power consumption is 125.87 mA, still below skyloggers measurements.
