If you mean the small repeater on the side it's MR522027, with a clear lens.

That number seems to apply to lots of Mitsi models, so is only a few bucks to replace.

I'm going through several versions of the 2012 and they all seem to leave off the fixture I'm looking for. I've confirmed that the model is HA3W, so it's odd that the diagrams for that model and year don't seem to match reality.
