According to the service manual there is 120 Ohms between the Can H and L at each end. So measuring the resistance between Can H and CanL would read 60 Ohms (2 in parallel). During diagnostics of the CAN, if the measurement reads 120, then one end is open and the lines will be noisy.Good luck with your investigation.
