A well balanced pack has differences in the mV range, the car is able to balance the cells afterwards but that will take time depending on how far they are apart.Maybe best to connect the two 4 packs in series and parallel to them with the remaining 8 packs to create a 8s11p string and leave them for 24h to ‘bench equalise’ before installing them.
