Sounds like a mechanical failure in the reduction gear or motor. Drain the reduction gear oil and inspect. If you want to lower the pack charge just put it in ready and put the heater on, dont take the main battery out. May need a replacement motor. Cheers

You can change your gearbox with a used one from another car. You may have to move the sensors over from your old box if they are different.

Probably there are 80 cells in one pack and 88 cells in the other, and you didnt move the BMS from under the back seat so the car can't talk to the new pack. 2.51v is the default when no data is received. The BMS wont have been wiped, etc, thats a rumour but hasnt even been shown to actually...

Ive seen a few gearboxes eat themselves, one even punched a hole in the side when the cogs went walkabout. You can swap them over, tho there are 2 variants but its only the gear sensors on the side so they can be moved over if its different. Cheers

Had one of the capacitors popped or was it a guess as to what had failed? Did you replace the separate hv fuse that supplies this box (OBC not inverter). Cheers.

Thats classic LTC failure - you will see it is 8 cells reporting ridiculous voltages, and there are 8 cells in a module. So module 1 needs an LTC repair...

Wowsers we are making this complicated - ok so its either the cell or the monitoring - if you take the pack out and check the cells directly you'll know if its a cell or not. If it needs a cell then put one in, if its needs a cmu then swap or repair that.
