Hello friends. Thanks to the thread and all of you, I figured out how to fix the charging problem that I had as well. I replaced capacitors C121 and C122, and fuse F102. I have the following questions. I couldn't find a fuse for DC 420V 20A anywhere, so I soldered for AC 500V 20A. Is this OK...
