Hugreen Power Inc. states per their email: "We can safely store hydrogen in the form of solid powder (NaBH4) for a long time, and the current technology is to generate and supply hydrogen using only water and solid NaBH4."

Solid NaBH4 would seem to be an easy way to produce, store and then release hydrogen. Thoughts on this approach?
 
Although I'm not a fan of the idea of an onboard hydrogen tank with a very high pressure, the concept of a compact aerodynamic car (Aptera, RIP) is something I really appreciate. I wonder how much the tank, fuel cell accessories, and their batteries weigh since converting it to a pure BEV may be an easy alternative.
