Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

Hi Mikkel. Those spliced wires were inside the OBC within the black conduit between the connector and the DC board. I still have the old wiring if you need to take a look. Let me know if you need to borrow an OBDII cable and the Peugeot Diagbox software. It gives us everything we need for the diagno...

Re: Solved: p1a44 p1a45 isolation ac pump

Great! That’s what the forums are for.

The most useful information to start with is that the orange cables can remain disconnected without affecting the running of the car. This is not possible in many other electrical cars, like the Renault’s for example.

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

The red sealant is gasket goo, which was just my choice of sealant because that is what I had. Hopefully it does the job long term. But yeah, when I cracked the bottom lid I could see some non original sealant there. If it wasn’t sealed then I would have found the coolant before the electronics did....

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

Righto. I have finally solved the issue, and found what the original problem was (high confidence level). First off a big THANKS to those that helped out, especially KIEV. It really helps when someone can respond with some useful information that isn't apparent at first. Recap: The first problem wit...

Re: Miev and lexia 3

Can you be a bit more specific? What version of Diagbox did you run? What operation system? Thanks! I can confirm that the Peugeot Diagbox software and adapter works just fine with all 3 cars - iMiev, Ion and C-zero. I have used it successfully on all three (I currently have an Ion and iMiev, but h...

I can confirm that the Peugeot Diagbox software and adapter works just fine with all 3 cars - iMiev, Ion and C-zero. I have used it successfully on all three (I currently have an Ion and iMiev, but have used it on a friends C-zero without problems). Regarding the RPO number, just enter 00000 (five z...

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

Thanks for your response Kiev. I checked the one fuse I could see on the DC/DC board before installation. I also checked the connectors and resealed the covers. I hope nothing has come loose, but I had better remove the module again and check. Battery is brand new. I have mentioned this before but c...

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

OK, it seems I jumped the gun here. DC/DC charger worked fine for two weeks. But it has stopped again now. Odd. Diagbox reads P0A09 Converter fault from the EV ECU. But it's interesting that there is an older fault P1A44 (leak sensor - earth fault) 20km previous. So, what happened? The first sign wa...

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

Further update. Problem is fixed. I went through all the connectors, earth wires, etc. as per the service manual and nothing seemed wrong. Did the diagnostics tests also as per the service manual but it passed everything. So, nothing more to do except replace the entire OBC. Well, this sorted out th...

Re: Help with problems with the 12 v battery

A little update for you. Battery is new - Exide Premium EA386 (UK:054TE). I just can't find the date stamp on it. Found the right connector but haven't had a chance to pull it apart yet. I'll try that on the weekend. I drove it 6 times today. The first 2 times the charger worked as it should. The 3r...
