Back to affordable EVSE's for our little Mitsubishi i-MiEVs: 16A @240vac and 12A @120vac are all that's needed. I haven't even seen 14A @240vac being drawn by our i-MiEVs.
Sadly, this thread was started by someone merely trying to advertise this Lectron product. I've been notified that this spammer has posted the link across several other EV forum sites. wmcbrine's response above is spot-on, and I agree that this product is overkill and IMO too expensive for our i-MiE...

Came across this old thread. Just for the record, I've been using this Setec charger for the last nine months while my OBC had been broken, feeding it from a NEMA 14-50 receptacle. Works very well, with a high-quality CHAdeMO handle. Stops charging at 80% automatically which is all I want for daily ...
