belive me... maybe not all but a lot of from this thread. neverminde I found something, this one diode is shorted. Is it DF20L60U? My plan is to desolder waffle plate, cut leads and solder in that place new diode, I think I should put diode as close as possible bottom plate (heat sink) what is...

From my information they first install this charger check if it's ok, it's not. After that they install the first one which also was repaired by me and it's works fine. What do You think, what more I can check ?

Hi , just visit any web shop with electronic components for example: http://www.digikey.com/ or http://www.farnell.com. If You want to replace relay, just by exactly the same. Gold rule: don't buy the cheapest one. My question is: how to test charger without car and batteries? Is it possible?

Hi, thanks for your reply it's very helpfull. 4,7Ohm resistor was broken, and someone before me replace blue caps. I'm not a user of this charger so I'm not sure if that is everythink. My customer didn't give me any additional information. Best regards

Hi guys, I need help. During desoldering I broke one of the capacitors. See photo: Value of capacitance will be great, at least color of the capacitor. Name of IC304 also will be helpfull. Best regards.
