    First Wreck???

Well, I think my car was the first i bought in the continental USA. My wife was driving it today, and she just got rear-ended. Does this make mine the first to be wrecked? I haven't seen the car yet, so I don't know how bad the damage is. She says the "rear end is pushed in to the...

Forward sheilds are down! Heater, AC, Power stearing Pics.

I've always wandered what Mitsubishi meant by "compressor" when they refer to the heater as "Electric compressor cabin heater". Apparently it doesn't mean anything. Today I removed the front shields from the bottom of the car to see the heater. The heater is the aluminum box in this picture...

We were driving in Ruston (Tacoma, WA) this evening in our raspberry i-MiEV, and another of the same color drove across the intersection in front of us. It's the first time I have crossed paths with another one (not in the dealer's lot). I've been keeping an eye out for another one, but admit...

    First Washington State Owner

Mitsubishi says that I was the first person to buy the i in Washington State (and maybe in Oregon as well). I bought mine December 16th. Since, according to Mitsubishi's tardy emails, the ship dropped off the i-cars for Washington and Oregon first, it seems possible that I was the first to buy...
