    Hello, 2016 iMiev only 12K miles bought used 1 month ago. The rear fluid flows without issue. The front fluid had this issue when I checked a few weeks ago, it eventually sprayed. I assumed it was iced over from non-Winter fluid. Today, the issue has returned. It could be iced over again...
