I think I may have test drove that car. My house is nearby and also got filled with the Atlantic Ocean. I decided to go to another dealer in NJ and got a raspberry, which I still love driving.

I recently had to get a new 12 volt for my 6 year old prius. No local parts stores had it in stock. They all wanted to order me a Yellow top battery which was indicated on their computers. They wanted about $75 more than I was able to get it for online. The dealer wanted something like $400...

I think the reasons EVs haven't taken over the world are there and they are valid....Not everyone has a place to park where charging is available. Some folks need to drive more than 50-75 miles at a clip. Some don't have $75K to buy a Tesla. Some folks need to tow, haul, etc. Don't get me...

So....has anyone figured out how many extra miles they get per charge, assuming they use their headlights 20% of the time? Or are we doing this just because it's COOL?

Or. ... Gas Station owners could make a small investment and gradually install a few fast chargers. They would sell more Big Slurpees, cigarettes, and Lotto tickets. Voila. Instant ev charging network., in convenient locations.

I don't love the seat heater myself. I find my butt gets too hot by the time it cycles off. My problem is my feet. I wish the floor mat got warm under my feet.

I just replaced my two fronts with Dunlops for about $340 instaled. it took about 5 days for the tires to come in though. Very unusual to wait more than a day for delivery of any tire in my area. I just went to my local mechanic.

I don't recall if I got back to the group about my air bag light situation. I finally had it fixed by the dealer under warranty. First they thought it was a bad sensor for the driver's side rear....but replacing that sensor didn't solve the problem. They had to replace the whole computer...

Well, the work is done already...and my color is Raspberry. Also while the mirror looks the same, the mount looks different. I took back my old one from the dealer. the glass and the motor are still good. The colored shell was crushed and the mount was rendered unuseable.

We were able to straighten the rim...it wasn't that bad, but thanks for the offer.
